Brief introduction:

 Nylon is one of the best quality synthetic fibers in rubber industry nowadays.The nylon canvas is woven by nylon fibers

 both in warp and in weft,it is the most widely used fabric in rubber industry,and its outstanding merit are its high abrasion 

resistance,high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance.Conveyor belts with nylon canvas inside have the good

characteristics of thin belt body, high tensile strength,good anti-shock,good trough ability ,high adhesion between plies, 

splendid flexibility and long working life. Nylon conveyor belts are suitable for medium,long distance and heavy load 

transportation of materials,widely used in mining,metallurgical industry and architectural industry,ports and so on.

Types:Besides General-used Nylon Belt, there are Fire-retardant type, Cold-resistant type, Wear-resistant type, Heat-resistant type, Acid and alkaline resistant type, Oil-resistant type, Antistatic electricity type, High-grade etc.

Package:

For container shipments, belts are wound on steel cores. Outer surface of belt roll is covered with rubberized fabric 

and sides are covered with plastic corrugated flanges. For break bulk shipments, belts are packed in wooden drums 

with MS flanges and tie rods on sides.
